Had very old plumbing behind the washing machine where the water drains into it. I had cleared it myself a few times before, but this time it was obvious those 60 year old metal pipes had to go! I went with A-1 due to the lower service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and they offered a discount coupon. James responded out to check the problem and it wasn't easy getting back there behind the machine due to such tight quarters. James didn't mind at all and got right to work. Within an hour we were hooked back up and running without the old metal pipes which had been replaced with new serviceable plumbing. It sure runs much better now! I would definitely call them again and recommend to others if they want professionalism. Thanks A-1!

When I had no hot water on a Sunday afternoon, John Souza answered my emergency call for help in a very timely manner. Needless to say, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all in a professional and courteous way. He did two great jobs for me: replacing my water heater and doing a pipe repair that was located in a slab foundation. I am very pleased with the work that John Souza did in my home. It was completed within 24 hours, which was a major plus for me as I have 4 children. I will definitely recommend A-1 American to anyone that needs Heating, Air Conditioning, or Plumbing repairs.
