I called A-1 American and the where very professional. They got the service guy out their as soon as possible being it was the summer months and the technician Larry was very friendly and professional. He really new his stuff and talked me through everything that he was doing. He even went up and beyond putting in a piece of equipment that had a shield on it instead of the same one that I had in my ac unit that would of failed in two years again. I will definitely use them again and would refer them to a friend. thanks for all the help.

Adam W. installed a new compressor and had my house cool within a few hours. I am forever grateful and will again if needed.

Called A-1 American and got a quick response from the service desk. Within an hour I received a courtesy call from Mr. Souza that he was in the area working another repair job but would be on his way. Once he arrived he assessed the job, gathered his materials and went to work on a major repair in the house. Since the house was built in 1991, I suspect the original equipment was in place for the bath tub water. Since it was leaking and needed a full repair, John was on it and knew what to do. His work ensured I have had no leaks at all for the past 1.5 weeks and it's working like a charm. Mr. Souza did a very professional job. Thank you.

On May 20 John at A-1 American came by and installed a seat and a spring kit to both hot and cold faucets. Screw was stripped on handle but he was able to replace. Good job

I had a leak in the hot water line running under the house. I called and was very impressed with how quickly the service call was scheduled. Although I thought the price was a little high, the work was completed in a very professional manner and a small residual problem was rectified the same day.

I came downstairs one morning to find part of my dining room ceiling falling in and water running off the pipes above and onto my floor. A-1 was able to come out same day. John and Larry were the techs, and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to find the cause of the leak, repair it and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards too. The whole process was pretty nice; and there was a nice military discount as well. Very satisfied with my service!

Really good techs! Nice to have a company that doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. A-1's tech came to service my 31 yr old heat pump/ air conditioner and I just knew I was going to have to buy a new system. Well he said it is just a transformer that was blown. He left for a little while and came back with a new one and it now works great! Don't fix it till its really broken :) Thank you A-1 American! When it does break I will surely call you to replace it.

A-1 America came out same day and did a excellent job. I was impressed by the same day service with a routine repair. Also I dealt with another company for plumbing service who couldn't come until five days later. Thanks A-1 America and their tech Bryan who took a difficult job for me and made it look easy.
