Fantastic! Jake has been helping us since we moved into the home in 2012. He usually only needs to do an annual service for us, but this time one of our units had died. It had lasted well over a decade. He was great about giving us options and once we selected one he got it installed and running the next day. It works wonderful and we could not be more pleased with the service we received.

The service was awesome, your employee John was extremely polite and friendly, If I ever need plumbing I will use A1American, the job was done in perfect fashion.

My ac went out in my home i called that night.gave my information they had someone call. The next morning & sent someone to my home to fix the problem!

I called A-1 on Tuesday morning. James sold me the system on Tuesday afternoon. He started work early on Wednesday and worked alone until dark to bring us online. There was a glitch that caused him a lengthy delay, but he did not make us pay for it with another hot, sleepless night by his quitting early. Wednesday was cooler than Tuesday when James spent perhaps 30 minutes in our 140 degree attic examining the blower and duct work. Nevertheless, it was hard, hot work and he was working alone up and down a ladder into the attic. It goes without saying that there was no cussing, complaining, hammer-throwing, banging, excuse making, self-justification, tomfoolery or wasted time. On Thursday he returned with a crew and finished the job. The men worked well as a team.

I had needed plumbing services for a long-time and had used A-1 American before. I called them again.. and they worked with my fixed-income schedule and came out as planned and on time. The Technician, Mr. John, was excellent! Very professional, skilled and personable; assessed the situation; explained what had to be performed (step-by-step) and gave me a cost estimate. He was a very clean and wiped as he worked. I tell everyone about my positive experience and excellent services with A-1 American.

We've decreased the size of our heat pump, but I can already feel more cool air coming out of the duct vents on the far side of the house than I've ever felt. That is because James analyzed the problem, and offered a systemic solution that cools my house better and will save money month-to-month in the long run. He didn't sell is a bigger heat pump; he sold us a better, more suitable system. And I don't mean he sold me like some fast-talking high-binder, it was a soft, thoughtful approach that considered what I really needed and matched that with the products and services that their company could provide and guarantee. That's integrity!

Our water heater began gushing water at 1:30am. I called A-1 at 7am and by 9am Tim was at our door. I call that prompt service! At best, I was hoping to have a technician come some time during the day, assuming it would most likely be a later appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient (the water heater was in the closet underneath the stairwell (not an easily accessible place to be sure). Tim provided me with information all through the removal and install process of replacing the water heater and he gave me tips on the care of my new unit to keep it running efficiently and prolong the life. His service and his attitude were stellar. Tim is the reason why we are loyal A-1 customers.

Antwain did a fantastic job fixing the air conditioning. He was there within 3 hours of us calling and had the unit repaired quickly. Very professional and explained the issue thoroughly. Next time there is an AC issue we will definitely call A-1!

I woke up on Saturday morning to find water flowing down my driveway. Not just a trickle but a river, flowing down my driveway. I called a few plumbing places only to be put on hold, told to call other leak detection companies that do not work on the weekends and a bunch of other excuses to spend more money than I thought was needed. But, not A-1 they sent out Tommy Spivey. He showed up and got straight to figuring out the best course of action. Talked to me about my options and we had a plan. Tommy, is the kind of person A-1 wants representing their company. He was a technical expert, professional, and friendly. He tirelessly troubleshoot and identified my problem and offered the most cost effective corrective action. This is the guy you want coming to your home to stop rivers from flowing down your driveway. A-1 and Tommy both have my highest recommendations to anyone with a plumbing emergency for courteous, extremely knowledge and professional service and for anyone not looking to have their bank accounts drained by unnecessarily inflated bills.
