“I’m writing this about one of your technicians. His name is Bryan and he’s done a fantastic job on the two rental homes I own at 192 Haven Dr and 181 E. Evans St. in Norfolk. One of them had to have a complete sewer line replacement and then later had the rest of the piping replaced for the kitchen, deep sink, and washer. Also, had the water heater replaced with a vent up to code. On my other house, I had Bryan remove some old piping that was leaking and replaced. Although I spent a fortune, I truly value the way he tried to save me money and explained in detail what had to be done. The work he performed was top notch. If I have any plumbing problems from now on that I can’t handle myself, I’ll definitely call A-1 American and ask for Bryan to be the guy to repair what I need.”

He arrived right on time, super polite, very professional. Did the work with no mess in a very apropriate time line. What more could a customer ask for? Fast & Efficient
“I arrived home (5:00pm) after to work to find my upstairs was 91 degrees. I immediately thought the worse. I knew I needed to contact someone, but didn’t know who. I had remembered a commercial I saw on 13 News for A-1, so I decided to call them. I called around 5:30pm that day and the tech was there a little after around 6:30pm. He opened my unit and within minutes and told me exactly what was wrong. He had the part needed in his truck and immediately replaced the bad part. By 7:00pm, everything was fixed and he was off to put out more fires. Excellent Job!!!!!”

Saved the Day!
“When the A/C went out, no one else would even come look at it for 2 days! The technican not only came out on time but was willing to take care of the issue really late into the night so that my kids and I were not in a 90 degree house all night long. He kept me abreast of his expected arrival time, and then after explaining what was wrong, fixed the issue and saved the day. He was prompt and courteous, and didn’t leave a mess in his wake! They will be my first call for all my A/C maintenance needs from now on! Thanks again A-1 American!”
