Our Hot water tank began to leak on Christmas Eve Day - and we were having company for dinner the next day. A-1 American sent a crew over that day to replace out hot water heater. They were efficient, polite, and made sure we had our hot water that evening. They did a great job, and we are very pleased. We now recommend them to all our friends and family.

Great Customer Service!

I emailed A-1 American early this morning to find out what to do about my clogged drain. I got a response within 10 minutes with the note that somebody would contact my shortly – boom, one of their associates called me, set up the appointment, got the technician out by 10:30, and took care of the problem. The two techs were fast and friendly. I had to post a review because I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and customer service. I work in customer service so REALLY appreciate when I meet other companies that take their job seriously and try to make a positive difference. Well done!
