“I called to schedule maintenance and Arnie called a 1/2 hour before arriving and was on site at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable of the real world facts, available to discuss the age of the system, replacement cost, efficiency, etc. The problem was a low refrigerant level. After advising me of the options, cost, etc., he charged the system to specifications at my direction. I had the choice of further testing and a warranty but the expense was not worth it do to the age of the system. I would definitely recommend A-1.”

“We knew our heat pump was dying when Jake Blackburn with A-1 American came to help, he offered a couple solutions and also quoted us an super price and timing (next day) for a replacement. Called that night with the Exact time he would be here in the morning…he was, the install was flawless. Jake and his son Patrick terrific at explaining what they were doing and completed the job before 4pm, it’s perfect. Thanks again guys”

A-1 American really went above and beyond to ensure that the work needed in my home was done efficiently and at the highest of quality. The installers explained everything to me and when there was an additional problem with my water heater, went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer to utilize the warranty, retrieving the appropriate part, and returning to complete the job. They finished my leaky faucet beforeI could even check to see how it was going! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Wow! Terrific Service on Friday night
I tried to fix a faucet and messed up. A-1 American sent out John Souza who fixed my problem. He was so kind and so professional that I want to thank him and let everyone know how good the company is! He had to go out and purchase a new faucet for me..and he even let me choose the cost range! I HIGHLY recommend this company to all!

Fast Service
We had a AC unit go out and with 2 small children we had to get it replaced. A1 was affordable with fast service and the turnaround for the installation was professional, quick and supported by a informative staff that answered all questions.

Bryan was very professional and knew his job well .It was late in the day,but he was determined to replace the water heater so we could have hot water that night.He did a great job and left the area cleaner than he found it.
