A-1 American really went above and beyond to ensure that the work needed in my home was done efficiently and at the highest of quality. The installers explained everything to me and when there was an additional problem with my water heater, went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer to utilize the warranty, retrieving the appropriate part, and returning to complete the job. They finished my leaky faucet before I could even check to see how it was going! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

i.e., A local favorite, I called the A-1 American office to let them know how very pleased I was about their technician Larry and his helper Mark. They were very kind and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix my AC unit. Larry took the time to tell me how I could take care of the unit. He did not rush me to make a decision for the repairs he suggested. I am 87 years old and appreciate the respect and courtesy shown to me by the two gentlemen.
