Leaky Faucet
“As a new customer I called A-1 American in the evening as we discovered a leak at our faucet in the tub/shower area that we couldn’t stop, or fix ourselves. The phone was answered by a man that my son was able to speak to (rather than a recording) and explain our situation to. First thing in the morning Mark came, as promised, and was able to get us up and running. I was satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism that Mark showed as he explained what he was going to do. I felt very comfortable having him in our home and would recommend A-1 to anyone.”

Awesome
“What do you do when you’re running late for work and then you find out that your youngest has just flushed the dogs toy down the toilet? It was overflowing into the bathroom so I made a frantic call to A-1 American and they fixed the problem in no time and even worked around my schedule to meet me over lunchtime. Larry and his helper were awesome and very helpful. They augered the toilet and got the toy out again in no time. “

“Professional and prompt! The tech (Mark) was excellent! He took the time to explain his expertise and the procedure that he performed. Honest and Generous
“Honest and generous!” I had to call the office of A-1 American Services to let them know what an asset they have in Bryan B. He came to fix a backed-up shower at my mother’s place. My mother is 90 years old and lives on a budget. Bryan worked hard to get the shower working again and stayed for quite a while to unclog it….and only charged her for the service fee. He is an honest young man with a sense of decency and respect for the elderly. I am very impressed and will make sure to vote for them again next year as the “Best Of Plumber” in Portsmouth! They certainly deserve the Gold award for their character.”

“Had very old plumbing behind the washing machine where the water drains into it. I had cleared it myself a few times before, but this time it was obvious those 60 year old metal pipes had to go! I went with A-1 due to the lower service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and they offered a discount coupon. James responded out to check the problem and it wasn’t easy getting back there behind the machine due to such tight quarters. James didn’t mind at all and got right to work. Within an hour we were hooked back up and running without the old metal pipes which had been replaced with new serviceable plumbing. It sure runs much better now! I would definitely call them again and recommend to others if they want professionalism. Thanks A-1!”
